Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Agreement

  • All services must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement) before work begins.

  • Fees are agreed upon in advance.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Before work begins: Clients may cancel at no cost.

  • After work begins: Fees for time spent and expenses incurred will be deducted from any refundable amount.

  • Completed services: Once a service is completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by CanyonPlumbingLTD

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services due to non-payment, incomplete information, or conflicts of interest. In such cases, unused fees will be refunded.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Services delivered in part may be refunded proportionally, based on completed work.

5. No-Show or Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

6. Force Majeure

CanyonPlumbingLTD is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures).
